Before being known as one of the leading and most diversified properties in Indonesia, the Company begin its long history of the company founded by Dr. (HC) Ir. Ciputra under the name PT Citra Habitat Indonesia on October 22, 1981. The change of name to PT Ciputra Development in 1990 marked the era of the Company’s growth as a housing developer to be reckoned with. As the business grew, the Company conducted Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 1994. Such action was then followed by two subsidiaries, PT Ciputra Surya and PT Ciputra Property which conducted Initial Public Offering in 1999 and 2007, respectively. The Company always offers unique and modern concept in whole architecture of the building were developed where it is a distinct advantage in the project development of residential and commercial properties. Until now, the Company has developed more than 70 projects such as residential, apartments, shopping centers, hotels, golf courses, hospitals and offices in more than 30 major cities across Indonesia.
