The Taman Dayu is located at about 50 km south of Surabaya, and covers an area of 600 ha. The project, located at an average height of 300-600 m above sea level, will be developed as the first recreational themed residential estate targeting middle and upper middle class customers. The project is a joint operation between CTRS and PT Taman Dayu, a subsidiary of PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. A total of 699 unit houses have been sold up to end of October 2011.
