CitraGarden Sidoarjo is a joint venture project between CTRS and Podo Joyo Masyhur Group. Developed since 2005 on a 26 ha area, the project has a strategic location near the toll road and city center (only 15 minutes away from Surabaya). By the end of 2011, the project targeting middle class customers, has sold 850 unit houses.

CitraGarden Sidoarjo merupakan proyek hasil kerjasama (joint venture) antara CTRS dengan Grup Podo Joyo Masyhur. Dikembangkan mulai tahun 2005 di atas area seluas 26 ha, perumahan ini memiliki lokasi yang sangat strategis, yaitu dekat jalan tol pusat kota, serta hanya sekitar 15 menit dari Surabaya. Sampai dengan akhir tahun 2011, perumahan yang ditujukan kepada konsumen kelas menengah ini telah berhasil menjual 850 unit rumah.
