CitraGarden Banjarmasin is the first residential project developed in Kalimantan. The joint operation project with Mitra Group covering an area of 10 ha has been developed since 2005. Located near the city center, this project will be completely equipped with modern facilities. Its target customer is the upper middle class. Up to end of October 2011, CitraGarden Banjarmasin has successfully sold 220 unit houses.

CitraGarden Banjarmasin merupakan proyek perumahan pertama yang dikembangkan PT Ciputra Development di Pulau Kalimantan.Proyek kerjasama operasi dengan Mitra Group ini mulai dikembangkan sejak tahun 2005 dengan area pengembangan sekitar 10 hektar. Berlokasi di dekat pusat kota, proyek yang dilengkapi dengan berbagai fasilitas modern dan lengkap ini ditujukan untuk segmen menengah atas. Sampai dengan akhir November 2011, CitraGarden Banjarmasin telah berhasil menjual 220 unit rumah.
