    Issuance of Guaranteed Floating Rate Notes (FRN) totaling USD 100 million for 5 years term through Ciputra Development International Finance B.V. (CDIF), a subsidiary.

    The launch of CitraGrand City (now CitraRaya) Tangerang, a residential project with the largest development area (more than 2,700 ha).

    First listing on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) and Initial Public Offering of 50,000,000 stocks, raising authorized capital amount to Rp 400 billion and shares outstanding to be 250,000,000 (par value of Rp 1,000 per share).

  • 1993

    The launch of CitraLand City, the company's first and largest residential project in Surabaya.

    CitraLand Mall and Hotel (now Ciputra Mall and Hotel), the first commercial project located in Grogol, West Jakarta, officially started operations. A similar project was also developed in Semarang the following year.

  • 1984

    The launch of the company's first project, CitraGarden (now CitraGarden City), in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
